Managing Leads

Leads are qualified Prospects that the organization has chosen to actively pursue. A Lead includes additional documentation such as quotes, contracts, and billing details that track the progress of the opportunity.

Create a New Lead

Step 1: Go to your /leads module in your portal.

Step 2: Click the "Create Lead" button in the top right.

Step 3: Link the Lead to an existing Prospect, then complete any additional fields such as quote status, usage files, billing, and contract status.

Step 4: Click "Save" to create the lead.

Viewing Leads

All leads will appear in a sortable, searchable, and filterable table view.

Click on any row to open the lead detail view where you can edit contract files, update billing information, or modify statuses depending on your role.
