User Roles

Permission Key

🟢 = Full Access (unrestricted create/read/update/delete)

🟡 = Conditional Access (e.g., based on ownership or relation)

🔴 = No Access

🟠 = Soft Delete Only (archive, not permanent removal)

Associates (Internal or External Individuals)

This is for when you want to assign a role where individuals have access to the portal system, but you want the most restrictive control possible.

Access included for:
🟡 Prospects (only those they created or are assigned to via the associates array)
